The Double Slit Experiment
...
D: They tested me.
I: Explain what you mean.
D: The put me in a special room with monitoring equipment.
I: What kinds?
D: That problem is trivial, I was unconcerned with it.
I: Ok.
D: They asked me to prove the proposition.
I: That you were in contact with a nonhuman intelligence?
D: Effectively.
I: ...
D: So I asked them for a problem for which they had no solution.
I: What did they present.
D: The 'double slit experiment'.
I: And what did you do.
D: I solved it.
I: Explain.
D: The actual solution would require around a week to explain, I'd have to re-educate you. But the simple solution is that light 'solves problems' ... there are, actually no problems ... outside of time.
So what happens is that a percentage of the 'photons' ... also, there are no photons ... solved the 'problem' of traversing the intervals and slits — outside of time.
They reconvene on the recording plate.
The pattern you see there is the pattern produced by the complex relationship between those that 'take the path' ... there are no paths ... from the emitter to the recording plate... and those that resolved the problem from every other temporal origin.
I: What did they say?
D: Very little.
I: What did you do?
D: I explained that their minds, right now, in evaluating me, were doing precisely the same thing. But they were only paying attention to the features of their concern that 'came from the emitter'.
I: Then what happened?
D: They bought in a couple of physicists, and a third person.
I: Who was the third person?
D: Someone who can do what I can do, but with people.
